Preparation
Cook the peppers in the milk over low heat.
Blend with the garlic, egg and salt to taste.
Pass the tortillas through hot oil (you can skip this step if you want them a bit healthier).
Bat the tortillas with the chilli sauce.
Fill the tortillas, taking care not to burn yourself, with the chicken, potatoes and carrot.
You can add a little more sauce on top of them if you want. When they are already accommodated inside the plate, one next to the other.
Serve lettuce on top and go.
