Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 piece of chicken breast
  • 4 pieces of green tomato
  • 1/4 of piece of White onion
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 1 piece of green bell pepper
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper
  • 4 spoonfuls of coriander
  • 1/2 of liter of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 pieces of tortilla
  • 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 60 grams of Manchego cheese

    Preparation

    Cook the chicken breast in water. When perfectly cooked, remove the excess water and shred it.
    Roast the tomatoes, onion, garlic, green pepper, serrano pepper and cilantro in a pan.
    Blend the roasted vegetables together with the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% and add the cooking water of chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
    Fry the tortillas with a little oil, do not overdo them, just 1 minute on each side. Remove them from the oil and place them on absorbent paper.
    Fill the tortillas with the shredded chicken, roll to form tacos and secure with a toothpick.
    Place the chicken tacos in a baking dish and pour the Yogurt sauce FAGE Total® 0%. Sprinkle the Manchego cheese and bake at 200 °C (392°F) for 15 minutes or until the cheese has gratin.

    TIPS

    To obtain a perfect gratin make sure you have your oven at 200 ° C.(392°F)
