Toasted bread with butter (bolillo) spread with beans and covered with cheese.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Mexican french bread rolls
  • butter
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 100 grams monterrey cheese, chihuahua, adobero, oaxaca or the one that breaks down
  • green sauces, or red sauce, to taste

Preparation

Cut the roll along and remove a little crumb.
Put the bolillo in the fire on a comal to brown it and as soon as it begins to brown add the butter to the tastes on the bread where the crumb is removed, as soon as the butter dissolves.
Add the beans (over the butter) and put the cheese to taste, you can lower the flame of the stove or if not put in the oven a few minutes to melt the cheese
You can taste them with whatever sauce you have at home.

TIPS

If you do not use the oven to melt the cheese you can cover them in the comal and so the cheese melts remember to lower the fire.

me gustan mucho les recomiendo con salsa pico de gallo(jitomate,cebolla,cilantro,gotas de limon y gotas de aceite de oliva,sal)...mmm ya se me antojo gracias
