Ingredients

9 portions
  • 5 breads, cut in half
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 chili, optional
  • 1/4 kilos cheese

Preparation

Heat the beans in a pan.
Once they reach the desired temperature, spread them on the bread.
Add the cheese to the loaves.
Put them in the oven until lightly toasted.
Chop the vegetables in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve your muffins with the pico de gallo previously prepared.
