Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 3 tablespoons milk, or water
  • 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1 red apple, girl

Preparation

Cut the lid off the apple and microwave for 40 seconds or until the pulp is soft.
In a bowl, combine the oats, milk or water, natural yogurt and apple pulp.
Mix.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
