This delicious recipe for oatmeal can work well as much as a breakfast, as a dessert, and in both cases it will be perfect for when you do not have much time or even want to take advantage of the ripe fruit that you have at home. Since sugar works as a preservative, the puree will last in the refrigerator. You can also use this recipe to accompany with a box bread or consume it with nothing else.

Ingredients

  • 5 apples for mash
  • enough of Water for mash
  • 1 Cup of sugar for mash
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice for mash
  • 1 raja of cinnamon for mash
  • 2 pieces of clove for mash
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut for oatmeal
  • 1/4 of Cup of raisin for oatmeal
  • 1/4 of Cup of peanut for oatmeal
  • 1 Cup of yogurt To accompany
  • enough of honey to decorate

    Preparation

    For the mash, with the help of a peeler remove the peel from the apples and cut them into medium cubes. In a pot over medium heat boil water, add apples, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves, cook until the apple is soft enough.
