Delicious bread made with flour for pancakes. You can reuse the mixture that you have left over, you only need to have bread to make sandwiches. Kids love it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 box pancake, plus the ingredients you ask for (milk, egg, butter)
  • 4 slices bread
  • maple syrup
  • marmalade
  • milk caramel
  • bee honey

Preparation

Preheat a medium skillet.
Cut the slices of white bread into triangles.
Cover each triangle with the flour to make pancakes, previously prepared.
Place the buns in the pan and wait approximately 2 minutes for them to cook and then turn them over.
Once cooked, remove from the pan and place them on individual plates.
Spread honey, cajeta or jam to give a sweet flavor.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with icing sugar and red berries.

TIPS

If the pancake flour you are using is a bit thick, you can add a little milk to get an improved consistency. It is not necessary to put butter in the pan since the pancake flour must already contain enough so that the bun does not adhere to the pan.
