Preparation
Preheat a medium skillet.
Cut the slices of white bread into triangles.
Cover each triangle with the flour to make pancakes, previously prepared.
Place the buns in the pan and wait approximately 2 minutes for them to cook and then turn them over.
Once cooked, remove from the pan and place them on individual plates.
Spread honey, cajeta or jam to give a sweet flavor.
