In the mixer, combine the flour with the cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the vinegar to the Santa Clara® Whole Milk and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add the eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and red food coloring to the Santa Clara® Whole Milk. Mix until well combined.
