Sift all the dry ingredients and mix well with the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk. Heat a griddle or stovetop skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with a napkin dipped in oil or butter spray. Cook until bubbles appear and flip carefully. Cook for a few more minutes.
