A Mexican fusion dish, light and delicious. It can be eaten as breakfast and / or as an appetizer. The huitlacoche is the corn fungus (corn or corn).

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 100 grams huitlacoche corn mushroom, you can use canned
  • 1 corn, Cooked
  • 200 grams panela cheese
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Cook the huitlacoche in a pan until it is hot and homogeneous. Incorporate grains of cooked corn. Add salt at your wish.
Cut 1cm thick slices of panela cheese.
In a separate pan, add a little oil or PAM to prevent it from sinking. Heat the pan and add the panela cheese slices.
Brown the cheese on both sides in the pan.
Serve the golden cheese on a plate and add the Huitlacoche on top.

PRESENTATION

Accompany chives to enrich the color of the dish.

TIPS

Serve and eat immediately to obtain the best consistency of panela cheese.
