Preparation
Cook the huitlacoche in a pan until it is hot and homogeneous. Incorporate grains of cooked corn. Add salt at your wish.
Cut 1cm thick slices of panela cheese.
In a separate pan, add a little oil or PAM to prevent it from sinking. Heat the pan and add the panela cheese slices.
Brown the cheese on both sides in the pan.
Serve the golden cheese on a plate and add the Huitlacoche on top.
