In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, oat flour, Rexal® Baking Powder, piloncillo, salt, butter, oat milk, egg, and vanilla extract using a whisk or a fork. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Heat a skillet over high temperature and pour in some D’Gari Maple Flavor Sugar Free Syrup, add the pineapple and half a cherry in the center of the pineapple; pour a ladle of the pancake mixture on top and lower the temperature.
