In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt with the help of a spoon. Set aside. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with Leche Santa Clara®, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and sugar. Beat for 10 minutes until they slightly double in volume. Set aside.
