In a bowl, beat the Huevos San Juan® until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onion for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown. Then add the beans and epazote, and fry for 3 minutes until dry, so you can mix them with the egg.
