It seemed like an original idea to me; they taste delicious. I must say that just like the drink "winter fog," I also tried this recipe on the trip I took to El Oro, State of Mexico, in the same restaurant.

Remove the crust from the slices of bread; if you want, you can toast them a little. Place them side by side on a plate. On top of them, put a slice of ham, and on top of that, a slice of cheese. Prepare the eggs separately, sunny-side up, and place each one on top of each slice, right at the top. Pour the vegetable cream over everything.
