Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter whole milk
  • 6 bananas
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 100 milliliters vanilla extract
  • ice, chopped

Preparation

In the blender glass pour the milk, peeled bananas, vanilla, ice, and sugar, blend until the ingredients are incorporated for about 3 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve in glasses or glass glasses and drink at the moment.

TIPS

You can add cinnamon instead of vanilla to vary the flavor.
