  • 1 glass lactose-free milk, cool
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 ice

Preparation

Cut the banana into slices.
Put the lactose-free milk, the banana and the vanilla essence into the blender.
Add the ice to the blender and liquefy.
