Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup light milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable protein powder
  • 1/2 bananas, or banana
  • to taste Sweetener

Preparation

Split the banana into pieces
Place all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend at medium speed, until everything is integrated
Serve in a long glass.

TIPS

You can add a little cinnamon powder when serving.
