Oatmeal smoothies are an ideal option for an easy, quick and very nutritious breakfast, since they have the necessary nutrients to fill you with energy. Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup Oatmeal Quaker® Old Fashioned
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence, colorless
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons celery
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground ginger , or natural
  • 1/4 cups orange juice

Preparation

For Quaker® oat milk, place the Quaker® oatmeal in a bowl and pour the water, rest for 30 minutes, strain and reserve.
Blend Quaker® oats, vanilla essence, brown sugar and salt with water.
Strain with the help of a strainer or a blanket 2 times or until there are no traces of oats.
For the pineapple smoothie, blend the Quaker® oat milk, pineapple, celery, ginger, and orange juice.

PRESENTATION

Serve cold and enjoy.

TIPS

You can also do it with mineral water, in the same way it will be delicious.

TENGO DUDA DE LA LECHE DE AVENA en su preparaciòn. Se reposa la avena con agua por 30 min. Se cuela y se tira esa agua o se muele aprovechando esa misma agua? gracias

No es lo mismo si pongo todos los ingredientes incluyendo la avena y el agua y lo licúo? Pienso es mas nutritivo o que haces con la avena que queda en el colador??
