Ingredients

6 portions
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 kilo green tomato
  • 1 onion, girl finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chicken consommé
  • 18 corn tortillas, thin passed by oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and deshebradas
  • 8 slices manchego cheese

Preparation

Bring the tomato to a boil in salted water. When it changes color and becomes paler, they are removed and left to drain.
