Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 slices toasted bread
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • to taste sugar
  • to taste cottage cheese, optional

Preparation

Peel the apples and slice into thin segments.
In a pan melt the butter and add the apples.
When they begin to soften, add the cinnamon and sugar to taste.
Lower the heat, and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and place on each toast a little apple.
Add the cheese if you want.

TIPS

You can add sugar substitutes instead of refined sugar.
