Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potato orange, peeled and sliced ​​medium
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 bag Tuscan salad Eva®
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup manchego cheese
  • 5 grams basil leaf, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a round baking pan.
In a bowl, mix the sweet potato with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Accommodates the mold covering the base and walls, to make a base. Reservation.
For the filling, heat the butter in a pan and sauté all the ingredients of the Toscana Eva® Salad, adding the dressing at the end. Reservation.
