Ingredients: 6 tablespoons sugar; 1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix; 2 tablespoons ginger powder; 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1/2 teaspoons clove; 3/4 cups cow's milk; 1 tablespoon lime juice; 2 tablespoons honey; 1 egg; 1/2 tablespoons orange zest; 2 tablespoons unsalted butter; spray oil, pam; 1 kilo apple; 1/3 cups sugar; 6 tablespoons butter; 2/3 cups whipped cream

Melt the 6 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet and add the 1/3 cup of sugar. Mix, allowing the sugar to dissolve. Slice the apples into strips and cook in the sugar and butter mixture for 10 minutes. Add the whipped cream and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
