Preparation
Melt the butter and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. In another bowl, mix yogurt, milk, melted butter, and eggs. Gradually incorporate the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.
Preheat the waffle maker, apply a light layer of butter. Pour approximately 1/2 cup of batter per waffle, cook until golden. Grease the waffle maker between each waffle. Serve immediately.
Presentation
Serve with fruit and honey of your choice.
Tips
You can reheat in the toaster for bread.
If you don't have yogurt, you can use sour cream to substitute it.
