Use a whisk to mix the flour, baking powder, stevia, egg, whole milk, and melted butter in a bowl. Set aside. Spray a little cooking spray on a waffle maker, pour some of the mixture, covering the bottom of the waffle maker. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until the waffles are golden brown. Remove and cut into rectangles. Then, cut two rectangles into triangles. Set aside.
