  • 100 grams unsalted butter, in bar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 bananas
  • cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • Water
  • 1 leave peppermint

Preparation

Beat the eggs until they are frothy. Add milk and melted butter.
In a bowl hover (pass through a colander) salt, flour and baking powder. Then, mix them with the egg, milk and butter. Integra well until you get a soft dough. Reservation.
Slices the banana (carpaccio type) in fine circles. You can roast them in a pan with butter and vanilla essence.
Mix the cajeta with a little water. You should get a little thick sauce.
Heat a waffle iron (waffle maker). Pour the mixture to the center and let it spread to the sides. Repeat the operation for each waffle you make.

PRESENTATION

On a plate place the waffle. Put a square of 3 by 3 bananas on each side and moisten with the cajeta sauce. Decorate with the mint leaf. Accompany with the Esquimo de Mango with Rompope.

TIPS

Normally the waffle maker does not need to be oiled; as long as you pour the exact amount of mixture.
