The waffles with nutella and fruit are an alternative for your breakfast so you will be happy. It has an exceptional flavor that complements delicious with fruits.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 4 eggs, separate yolks and whites
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • nutella
  • bananas
  • blueberries
  • strawberries

Preparation

Pre hot the waffle maker.
In a deep bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
In another deep bowl whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla essence and whisk with a balloon whisk.
Combine the flour mixture with the egg and whisk mixture.
With an electric mixer beat the egg whites for 1 minute until they are about to nougat. With a wooden spoon mix the egg whites with the flour and egg mixture.
Grease the waffle with cooking spray and place enough dough to make 1 waffle. Close the waffle maker and cook 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Repeat with the remaining waffles.
Decorate with nutella and fruits.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot.
