Preparation
Fry the beans and reserve. The tortillas are blanched and reserved by removing excess fat, sliced bananas are cut and fried, the same is reserved and the excess fat is removed.
Prepare the sauce, mixing the tomato, garlic, 1 chile, half onion, and a little chicken stock, and fry the sauce, until it boils, then add the other whole chiles.
Now if you fry the eggs 2 per plate, the tortilla is smeared with the beans and the other is placed on top, leaving an egg on 2 tortillas filled with beans, the egg is placed on top of them, the sauce on top of them list, ham cheese and peas.
It is decorated with fried plantains and beans.
