Fry the beans and set aside. Blanch the tortillas and set aside, removing excess fat. Slice the plantains and fry them, also set aside and remove excess fat. Prepare the sauce by mixing the tomato, garlic, 1 chili, half an onion, and a little chicken broth, and fry the sauce until it comes to a boil. Then, add the whole chilies.
