In a bowl, mix the flour, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and water. Once combined, remove from the bowl and continue kneading until you obtain a homogeneous and firm dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes. For the russian salad: mix the potato, carrot, pea, chicken breast, and McCormick® Limones Mayonnaise. Once combined, season and set aside. Divide the dough into 80-gram portions and roll out with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Shape it slightly oval, fill with the russian salad, and pinch the edges to close. Fry the empanadas in a pan with oil for 7 minutes, remove, and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Serve the empanadas and accompany with avocado and sauce.
