Soupy beef birria cooked with dried chiles accompanied by a sauce, mainly using ancho chili, garlic, onion, cloves, vinegar, cumin, and sesame seeds. A classic dish of Mexican cuisine that you can prepare at home.
Serve on a clay plate with limes, onion, and cilantro on the side. Blue or white corn tortillas are a must.
Tips
Birria can be soupy or dry depending on where it is prepared; the original recipe uses goat meat, but other types of protein can be used such as ram, lamb, chicken, pork, or beef. Traditionally, it is a festive dish to celebrate birthdays, weddings, or baptisms.

Hoy prepare esta receta y nos es mala pero la cantidad de vinagre es demasiada, quedo con un fuerte sabor acido. Recomendaria usar la mitad de vinagre de lo que indica la receta.
