Ingredients: 1/2 kilos beefsteak; 1/2 kilos green tomato; 3 morita chiles, or chipotle chiles; 1 onion, medium white; 3 cloves garlic; 1 teaspoon salt; 3 potatoes, large; 4 tablespoons vegetable oil; 2 cups water; black pepper, to taste

Blend the garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of water and pour into a container to marinate the steaks in this mixture. Boil the green tomatillo or miltomate and add the morita chiles until cooked. Blend these with the garlic cloves.
