Sprinkle the meat with paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat half of the butter in a skillet, add the meat, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the meat from the skillet and drain any liquid (if there is any). Add the rest of the butter and sauté the onion until golden. Add the wine, increase the heat, and reduce the mixture by half.
