Ingredients: 5 tomatillos, for the sauce; 2 cloves garlic, for the sauce; 2 serrano chiles, for the sauce; 1/4 onions, for the sauce; 1/4 cups chicken broth, for the sauce; 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, for the sauce; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for sauce and beans; 600 grams beefsteak, in cubes; pinches garlic salt; 1 cup beans; fresh cilantro, finely chopped; onion, finely chopped; avocado, in slices for decoration

For the sauce, blend the tomatoes with garlic, serrano pepper, onion, chicken broth, and cilantro until you obtain a smooth sauce. In a small pot, heat a tablespoon of oil and add the sauce, salt, and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Set aside.
