For the burger, in a bowl mix the ground beef with the onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, mustard, egg, Classic Bimbo® Bread Crumbs, season to taste with salt and pepper. Form burgers of approximately 150 to 200 grams. Heat a grill pan over high heat and cook the burgers until well done, flipping them halfway through cooking. Set aside.
