For the crepes, blend all the ingredients until combined. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour a little of the mixture, spreading it quickly over the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Repeat until you have several crepes. Set aside. Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until golden, then fry the garlic, onion, and leek in the same fat until they are shiny. Add the meats and cook for a few minutes. Season with nutmeg, cumin, salt, and white pepper.
