Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, butter, corn kernels, and gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a previously greased pie mold and bake for 20 minutes. In a skillet, cook the bacon with the onion and garlic. Add the ground beef, season with cumin, thyme, salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook for 10 minutes. Set aside. Mash the cornbread with a fork, add La Costeña® Mexican Sauce, add the meat and Manchego cheese. Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is gratinated. Serve hot, accompanied by La Costeña® Mexican Sauce.
