Ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1/4 onions, finely chopped; 350 grams ground beef; 3/4 cups tomato purée; 2 red bell peppers, in small cubes; 1/4 cups olives, in slices; 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder; 1 teaspoon oregano; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoons pepper; 1 egg yolk, for brushing

For the filling, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add the tomato puree and mix. Incorporate the bell pepper, olives, and spices. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Cool and set aside.
