Ingredients: 1/2 kilos ground meat, beef; 2 eggs; few breadcrumbs; 1/2 cups rice, raw; 1/2 kilos tomato, or puree; 1/2 onions, large; 2 cloves garlic; 1 pinch cumin; 1 pinch oregano; 2 leaves bay; 2 leaves spearmint; 3 potatoes, cut raw; 3 carrots, peeled and chopped; 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, or to taste

In a bowl, place the ground meat, add the two eggs, chopped onion, uncooked rice; cumin, a little bit of breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Knead everything and form the meatballs, carefully place them over the boiling water in the pressure cooker, with the bay leaves and spearmint, and cover it, let it cook for about 15 minutes.
