Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Knorr® beef bouillon; 3 cups nopal, cut into strips, blanched; 200 grams skirt steak, cooked without salt, shredded; 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 2 tomatoes, chopped; 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped, without stem; 2 potatoes, peeled, in medium cubes, cooked; 1 cup carrot, peeled, in medium slices; 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the margarine Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal and sauté the onion along with the garlic. Add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the carrot and nopales, cook for 7 more minutes stirring continuously.
