Mix the meats and season with salt and pepper, add the garlic, Ritz® crackers, onion, and egg; stir well. Form balls with the meat and fill the center with Philadelphia® Cream Cheese and set aside. Blend the tomato with the chipotle and the broth. Sauté the onion in oil, add the blended mixture and season with salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon powder. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil, add the meatballs one by one and the parsley. Cover and reduce the heat until cooked, approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot.
