Ingredients: 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1/2 onions; 2 cloves garlic; 6 pasilla chiles, seedless; 2 tomatoes; 1/2 cups chicken broth; 600 grams beefsteak; 15 new potatoes, cooked and halved; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoons pepper; beans, for serving; corn tortillas, for serving

For the sauce, in a deep skillet heat two tablespoons of oil and fry the onion, garlic, and pasilla chile for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and chicken broth and cook until reduced by half. Let it cool slightly. Blend the previous preparation until you obtain a smooth sauce. Strain if necessary.
