Lightly grease a skillet with olive oil once it is very hot. (It takes about 10 minutes) Add the meat to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, then add the onion and garlic. Once sautéed, add the tomato and peppers and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and add the juice of one lemon.
