Ingredients: 1/2 cups orange juice, for the glaze; 1/2 cups tamarind syrup, for the glaze; 1/4 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce, for the glaze; 1/2 cups Teriyaki Sauce for Kikkoman® Frosting, for the glaze; 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder, for the glaze; salt, for the glaze; pepper, for the glaze; 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes; 2 kilos beef rib, shortrib or ribeye; garlic salt, for the ribs; pepper, for the ribs; yellow corn, roasted, for serving; potato, rosemary, for serving

For the glaze: Blend the orange juice, tamarind syrup, adobo chipotle, Kikkoman® Teriyaki sauce for glazing, ground ginger, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes or until smooth. Set aside. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and then pour in the sauce. Cook for 10 minutes or until thickened, ideal for brushing the beef ribs.
