Place the meat in the pressure cooker with the herbs and vegetables and let it cook for one hour or until the meat is tender, let it cool and shred all the meat, set aside. In a saucepan, place the finely chopped onion, tomatoes, and garlic with the oil, salt, and pepper, sauté for 7 minutes, and finally add about three tablespoons of the meat broth, let it reduce a bit, then add the shredded meat and let it cook for a few more minutes; you can add a little cream to soften the flavor, although it is very delicious just as it is.
