Ingredients: 1/4 balls pork rinds, cut into pieces; 3 serrano chile; 2 cloves garlic; 1 ball tomatillo, without skin; 1 bottle salt; 1/4 bottles black pepper; 1 glass water; 1 glass fresh cilantro, fresh; 1 drizzle vegetable oil; 1 onion, large, sliced; 1/4 bottles cumin, ground; Milpa Real® tortilla

Grind the chiles, garlic, tomatillo, salt, pepper, and water in a food processor for a few moments. Add the cilantro and grind for a few more seconds. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion for about 5 minutes until it becomes transparent. Add the tomatillo sauce and cumin. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Check the seasoning.
