Ingredients: 300 grams chicken breast, boiled and shredded; 12 corn tortillas; 1/2 onions, in julienne; 3 potatoes, boiled and peeled; pepper, to taste; 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in two pans and sauté half of the onion in each pan for 2 minutes. In one pan, add the boiled potato and in the other pan, the shredded chicken. Mix well with the onion and cook for 2 more minutes.
