Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, with skin; 4 chickens; 1/2 cups flour; 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1 red bell pepper, julienned; 1 onion, chopped; 3 cloves garlic; 3/4 cups white wine; 1 can tomato, in its juice; 3/4 cups chicken broth; 3 tablespoons capers; 2 tablespoons oregano; 1/4 cups basil; 1/4 cups kalamata olive; pepper, to taste

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and coat the pieces in flour. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and sauté until browned (about 5 minutes per side). Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
