Ingredients: 1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped; 1/2 cups white onion, sliced; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped; 2 cups spinach, chopped; 2 cups chicken breast, cut into small cubes; 1 pinch nutmeg; 1 pinch salt; 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 1 Prego® homestyle alfredo sauce; 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated; 1 cup cherry tomato, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until it releases its fat, add the onion, garlic, spinach, chicken, season with nutmeg and salt to taste, finish with parmesan cheese. Reserve the filling.
