In a skillet, add a bit of coconut oil and sear the chicken, cooking until the cubes are golden brown. In a separate pan, cook the onion and garlic with a bit more coconut oil, add the curry, coconut milk, coconut cream, and let it reduce for 10 minutes. Incorporate the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
