Ingredients: 1/4 cups olive oil, to seal the chicken; 4 chicken breasts, in halves, boneless; 2 tablespoons olive oil, to make the sauce; 2 cloves garlic; 2 cups cranberries, fresh; 1 cup mango, in medium cubes; 1/4 cups raw sugar; 5 árbol chiles, seedless; 1/2 cups Strongbow® red berries; 1/2 cups chicken bullion; salt; pepper; 1/2 cups cranberries; 1 stick cinnamon; wild rice, recommendation for pairing; 1 Strongbow® red berries, for pairing

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside. Pour more olive oil into the same skillet and cook the garlic, blueberries, mango, and árbol chili over medium heat for 2 minutes, then add the brown sugar, Strongbow® Red Berries, chicken broth, and let cook over medium heat for 10 more minutes. Remove the blueberry sauce from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
