Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic; 4 cloves; 1 teaspoon cumin; 3 black pepper; 1 cup Del Fuerte® natural tomato purée; 10 guajillo chiles, grilled, deveined, and seedless, soaked in hot water; 2 ancho chiles, grilled, deveined, and seedless, soaked in hot water; 1/4 onions; 1 cup pineapple juice; 1/2 cups achiote, 110 g; 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar; 1 kilo chicken breast, cut into long strips; 1 pinch salt; 1/2 kilos corn tortillas; 1/2 red onions, finely chopped; 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped; 1 cup pineapple, in slices for decoration

Grill the garlic with skin, onion, clove, cumin, and pepper on a low flame for 3-5 minutes without burning them, so they release some aroma. Once grilled, remove from the grill, peel the garlic, and set aside. Blend the ingredients that were cooked on the grill, the chiles, add the Del Fuerte® Natural Tomato Puree, pineapple juice, achiote, apple cider vinegar, and season to taste.
